Please enable Jupyter Notebook

I wonder if you can help with this problem. We have been using R Studio server and Jupyter Notebook to run Python and R on other Google Cloud Platforms with the MIMIC-III dataset. This has worked very well but we are unable to get Jupyter Notebook enabled on your platform and we suspect this is because the permissions are turned off. Is this something you are familiar with? Are you happy that users have Jupyter Notebook?

Hi, you should now be able to run Jupyter Notebook via Rstdio Server, see attached screen shots.

In addition to the need to run R & Python to deal with large dataset, also in order to mine processes "clinical pathways" without leaving Google Cloud Platform, Jupyter notebook should be enabled whether through Google Collaboratory (then user can access the BQ tables) or by permitting user to create VMs and install jupyter in it.
